Streamline connecting districts

Sea-crane

In the redevelopment of JR Tsurumi Station East Exit, I was in charge of exterior color planning for residential buildings, public facilities, commercial facilities, and nurseries.
The Tsurumi River, which is a first-class river, flows nearby, and the design concept is “stream” because of the expectation that a new flow will be created in the district by the redevelopment plan.

Each building of different volumes has a facade rule with streamlines based on warm colors to create a sense of unity throughout the district. We made total design proposals related to external design from sign planning to logo mark development.
